Capital Markets Cooperative Appoints New Senior Vice President and Western Regional Sales Manager
Cassius Cade IV to bring more than 20 years of mortgage banking and capital markets experience
Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. – December 11, 2007 – Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC), Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC), a provider of consulting services and expertise that reduce risk and maximize profits in capital markets, today announced the appointment of Cassius Cade IV as Senior Vice President and Western Regional Sales Manager for CMC. Cade joined the company in November 2007. In this position, Cade is responsible for opening up the West Coast to CMC. Drawing on his long tenure in the industry, he will identify strong institutions that would benefit from a cooperative partnership.

Cade comes to CMC with more than 20 years of mortgage banking and capital markets experience. Before joining CMC, Cade served for six years as Vice President and Regional Sales Director for ABN AMRO Mortgage Capital Markets Group, a division of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, where he managed customized mortgage related asset solutions for depository institutions, asset managers, real estate investment trusts and insurance companies.

From 1998 to 2000, Cade was Regional Sales Director for Tuttle & Company. In this position he led a consultative sales team that provided solutions for pipeline hedging software, mortgage consulting services, mortgage technology and ongoing training and support. From 1994 to 1998, Cade served as First Vice President in Institutional Sales for Principal Financial Securities Inc., a subsidiary of The Principal Financial Group. In this position he created new markets for mortgage originators by distributing niche mortgage securities to top-tier pension funds, REIT’s and asset managers. Cade’s other experience includes serving as a Vice President with Southwest Securities, where he formed the firm’s institutional mortgage-backed securities sales division in coordination with its existing municipal finance, underwriting, trading and sales divisions. Cade has also served as a Vice President in Fixed Income Sales for Dain Rauscher, Inc., where he developed institutional fixed-income accounts by providing asset-liability and structured portfolio
analysis.
Cade attended the University of Oklahoma. He is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and holds series 7 and 63
securities licenses.
