Our Background
CMC Managers are secondary marketing experts, have over 50 years of combined experience selling loans to end investors and managing interest rate risks, and collectively have managed over $500 billion of mortgage volume.

CMC's trading and pricing controls are SAS 70 compliant and audited, and CMC services many banks and publicly-traded companies. CMC is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Futures Association, and its senior managers are licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers.

CMC management specializes in whole loan trading, selling loans to end investors, managing pipeline and servicing risks, effectively implementing risk management strategies, and reporting information and results on these activities to its Patrons. Strategies and operating plans are required to monitor and control the risk exposure of mortgage banking operations, as well as sophisticated reporting systems that provide the information needed to carry out the plans and strategies.
