Capital Markets Insurance, LLC ("CMI") is a licensed insurance agency that brings important fulfillment services to Capital Markets Cooperative ("CMC") Patrons and other mortgage companies. CMI, through an association with a national insurance broker, will bring diversity and more competitive insurance products and services to borrowers.

CMI has a unique position in the market. We are associated with Consumer Select Insurance of America ("CSIA"), a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company. CSIA was created specifically for the settlement service industry. With 25 insurance carriers, they offer competitive shopping and better pricing. They do business in 17 States, PR and the islands. The financial strength of our team's insurance carriers offer a solid business profile as rated by A.M. Best Company, which is a global full service credit rating organization dedicated to servicing the insurance industry.

Our goal is to provide and enhance the loan process by offering and controlling homeowner's insurance sales at the time of loan application. The benefits are a smooth and timely closing experience for all parties; control over the sales and closing process for CMC Patrons; better pricing and lower PITI for the customer.
