Tom Millon is one of the top secondary marketing executives in the U.S. mortgage business, with over fifteen years of mortgage experience and extensive relationships throughout the industry. Mr. Millon is a recognized expert and frequent author and speaker in the field of mortgage finance. Mr. Millon holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designations. Mr. Millon graduated from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania in May 1986. He is NASD Series 3 licensed and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Futures Association, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Security Analysts Society of San Francisco. He also serves on the board of three financial companies. October 2003 to Present: Mr. Millon is the President and Founder of the Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC), and is the President of CMC's futures trading subsidiary. CMC provides a full range of capital markets services and cooperative pricing arrangements to mid-sized mortgage bankers. For its national client base, CMC consolidates mortgage production and creates better execution. Managing billions in mortgage production, CMC uses secondary marketing expertise to increase member profits and to protect its members from risk. CMC is expert in the management of ARM and Alt-A mortgage products. March 1999 to October 2003: Mr. Millon was the Director of Capital Markets for Ohio Mortgage Banking, one of the top ten wholesale mortgage bankers in the U.S. Mr. Millon built an industry-leading capital markets group at Ohio, and Ohio's origination volume quintupled to $30 billion during his tenure. Mr. Millon was also the architect of the pricing and capital markets models that drive Ohio’s Gemstone website, which won Mortgage Banking Magazine’s Website of the Year Award in 2003. March 1991 to February 1999: Mr. Millon was a Partner, Managing Director, and member of the Board of Directors of Tuttle & Company, a leading risk management and securities trading firm. Mr. Millon helped build the firm, which specialized in managing optional interest rate risk for mortgage originators, from five employees and a handful of clients to over 100 employees and a client base consisting of many of the largest banking institutions in the U.S. Just prior to the firm’s sale in 1999, Mr. Millon’s trading desk managed over 10% of the entire U.S. mortgage industry’s origination volume. Mr. Millon was responsible for the institutional client base and billions of dollars of risk capital. in 1999, the Microsoft Corporation acquired Tuttle & Co. April 1988 to March 1991: Mr. Millon was an independent member of the Chicago Board of Trade, where he was an options market-maker on the floor of the exchange. Mr. Millon manged a trading book of financial futures and options positions, and was an advisor and broker to Morton Investments, an international hedge fund. July 1986 to January 1988: Mr. Millon was employed by the institutional sales and trading division of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York City, where he was trained in the trading of cash and derivative instruments.

2006 to Present: Mr. Saari is the Chief Operating Officer of the Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC), a firm that leverages its cooperative power and secondary marketing expertise to improve execution and increase individual member profitability. 1992 to 2006: Mr. Saari was the Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing and Loan Delivery for Waterfield Financial Corporation/Union Federal Bank where he was responsible for annual origination volume growth from less than $1 billion to an excess of $11 billion. 1989 to 1993: Mr. Saari was the Senior Vice President and Director of Information Systems for Waterfield Mortgage Company. Mr. Saari was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of and training for loan origination and processing systems, secondary marketing, loan delivery and accounting systems that are still in use today. 1985 to 1989: Mr. Saari was the Vice President and Director of Information Systems at Alliance Mortgage Company where he created the Company’s first professional Information Systems Department. This technology migration from complete dependency on out-sourcing and service bureaus to total in-house processing was strategic to become a dominate mortgage lender. 1976 to 1985: Mr. Saari was Recruited from college into an Advanced Degree Program designed to expose promising new employees to various segments of Owen-Illinois, a Fortune 25 multi national Corporation where he became the MIS Director for Owens-Illinois, Inc. Mr. Saari is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and he also has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Andy Mignerey's experience in mortgage related activities and technology systems makes him one of the most highly respected executives in his field. 2003 to Present: Mr. Mignerey is the Chief Technology / Information Officer and Trade Desk Manager of the Capital Markets Cooperative. He is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the company’s infrastructure and core processing technologies as well as the day to day transactions of our Trade Desk. Mr. Mignerey helped build the firm from three employees and a handful of clients to over 40 clients today. His role with the Trade Desk allows him to oversee billions of dollars of loan production across the client base. 1998 to 2003: While working with Everhome Mortgage Company, previously known as Alliance Mortgage Company, Mr. Mignerey was asked to serve in multiple positions throughout the company. These roles included a short stay in the company's process improvement and special projects team and the Secondary Marketing department. Following Secondary, he transitioned to the Loan Servicing Division of Everhome where he helped analyze and grow the servicing portfolio. His last role with Everhome was in the Loan Production Division where he managed multiple technology products for the various loan production channels. Mr. Mignerey graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Jacksonville University. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Mike Cook is one of the top executives in the U.S. mortgage industry. March 2002 to August 2002: Mr. Cook was the West Coast Business Development Manager for Ohio Savings Bank where he was responsible for business development of both broker and correspondent lenders. Through an offering of technology, products and pricing, Mr. Cook increased the regions’ business by 186%. subsidiary of The Principal Financial Group. Mr. Cade created new markets for mortgage originators by distributing niche mortgage securities
to top-tier pension funds, REIT’s and asset managers. Mr. Cade also provided daily financial market analysis along with technical risk
evaluation for The Principal Financial Group’s top clients.
1992 to 1994: Mr. Cade was a Vice President with Southwest Securities. Mr. Cade formed the firm’s institutional mortgage-backed
securities sales division in coordination with the firm’s existing municipal finance, underwriting, trading and sales divisions.
1988 to 1992: Mr. Cade was a Vice President in Fixed Income Sales for Dain Rauscher, Inc. Mr. Cade developed institutional
fixed-income accounts by providing asset-liability and structured portfolio analysis. Mr. Cade also facilitated mortgage-backed, corporate,
agency and treasury securities execution for financial institutions.
Mr. Cade attended the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and holds a series 7 and series 63
