The independent service auditor’s report examines controls related to secondary marketing services for mortgage banking provided by CMC on behalf of its customers. The audit demonstrates that Capital Markets Cooperative has been through an in depth audit of their control objectives and control activities, including controls over information technology and relation processes. In summary, the opinions of the auditors report on CMC are that the controls that were tested relating to secondary marketing services for mortgage banking were operating with sufficient effectiveness to provide reasonable assurance that the control objectives that had been placed in operation were achieved during the audit period.
